On 9 December 2009, the South West Regional Employment and Skills Partnership (RESP) Alliance met in collaboration with Team South West to explore the topic: London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Alliance meeting resulted in a series of recommendations from participants that are summarised within Section 8 and a smaller number of key recommendations that are explored in the following Section (2). These recommendations have been prioritised in discussions with the RESP and will be presented to a future meeting of the RESP Board for consideration.
